She sought a seat on the State College Borough Council in 2017, where she was endorsed by Mayor Elizabeth Goreham, after involvement on the Hillary Clinton presidential campaign.   MICHAEL D. STRAW   (He/Him/His)   secretary   Michael is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Political Science and has lived in the Centre Region for six years. He chaired the Penn State College Republicans in his senior year and worked for the largest LGBTQA Republican organization in the U.S.. During his time in student government, Michael helped to author and pass pro-LGBTQA legislation that would impact local, state, and national policies.

Currently, she is a founding member of F.O.R.M. Consulting where she works with high school students in the college application process. Additionally, Alexandra spends her free time on the Asexuality Visibility & Education Network (AVEN).
